This … I totally agree with this. It’s interesting that many companies come up with a feature or solution that ONLY comes from a user problem.

My counter to this is, if users don’t know what they want - how would we innovate? ie, the famous statement: People didn’t know they needed a car until it was created. If we would’ve asked them, they’d have told us- we need faster horses.
